Reflect on 2023 and head into 2024 with excitement, confidence and clarity

As business owners we wear a lot of hats and — between clients, employees and our own loved ones — we take care of a lot of people. Finding the time to reflect on our work, celebrate our accomplishments, and recalibrate can be challenging.

We’ll be connecting with our inner Nancy Meyers character — busy women who “do it all” in fabulous knitwear and could use a little time to themselves — for this half-day, end-of-year workshop. We may not have the time to escape to the English countryside, but we can gift ourselves some of the same insight her characters gain into what they want for the future this holiday season.

Join us for a morning of guided reflection, helpful exercises and intentional connection-building all in the name of reconnecting with our passion and why we’re in business for ourselves in the first place. Leave feeling grounded, reinvigorated and damn proud of your accomplishments.

Who Should Join

This event is designed for principals and business owners in architecture, design and construction. Whether you run your own firm, antique shop, or showroom, or create and design textiles, furniture, or home decor items, we would love for you to join us.

Our Time Together

As a child of the 80’s, I’m planning this workshop to play out like your favorite mixtape. We’ll start off calm, easing in and finding our groove, then build momentum through a mix of guided reflection, insightful exercises, and opportunities for connection. By the end of the session, we’ll be bopping along to at least one diva-driven track and closing out our time together with a celebratory toast. 

What’s Included:

  • Welcome and vibe check

  • Prompts and exercises to help you recall important events from your year in business, evaluate what was successful, and time to sit with how you actually felt about those things

  • Breakfast pastries accompanied by coffee and tea, individual charcuterie boxes

  • Closing toast
